On August 8, 2013, Guo Feixiong (郭飞雄, real name Yang Maodong [杨茂东]) was arrested and then indicted on charges of “gathering a crowd to disrupt order in a public place.” The case stems from Guo’s activism around the “Southern Weekend” incident, in which he made speeches outside the newspaper’s offices, and later that year he initiated a campaign demanding that the National People’s Congress ratify the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. On November 28 last year he and co-defendant Sun Desheng (孙德胜) were tried without a verdict. On Friday November 27, after three postponements over the course of 12 months, the Tianhe court in Guangzhou has pronounced its verdict, with Guo Feixiong sentenced to six years in prison. On 27 November 2015, human rights defender Mr Guo Feixiong was sentenced to six years in prison by the Tianhe District People’s Court in Guangzhou.

A Beijing people’s high court today finally heard journalist Gao Yu’s appeal against the seven-year jail sentence she received in April on a charge of divulging state secrets. Seit drei Jahren will die Chinesische Kommunistische Partei die absolute Macht ergreifen, damit sie die Gesellschaft vollständig kontrollieren kann. Weil die KPCh immer sagt, „Dass die (…) Mitwirkung des Volkes nur im Rahmen der Vorgaben der Souveränen Kommunistischen Partei erfolgen kann“[1]. Deshalb wurden mehr als 300 Dissidenten und Menschrechtsaktivisten von dem Kommunistischen Regime verhaftet und viele Menschenrechtsorganisationen wurden geschlossen. Chinesische Dissident Zhang Liumao, 45 Jahre alt, wurde am 14.08.2015 verhaftet und heute ist im Gefängnis gestorben, seine Familie darf seine Leiche nicht sehen. Als er im Gefängnis war, seine Familie und sein Anwalt sind nicht erlaubt, ihn zu besuchen. Das Foto ist sein Ausweis.
